Grandma's Attic

The shepherds were watching on that glorious night

They were all looking up and saw that wondrous light

Oh, I fear that today we stay inside too much

where we can't see God's heaven, watching TV

Oh,

such a great blessing awaits, like in days past and old

if we just look for angels!

When the wise men were told to go follow the star

they did not say, "Why me?

I need to have proof He will be there!"

I see that they went and they did not ask others

"How far?"

They followed the light of that bright morning star

All wise men still seek him

I'm sure this is so

and if you but reach out he will be there!
