Grandma's Attic

We are still in windy and cold and somedays snowy Idaho Falls, but we are promised that spring is just around the corner if we stay until June(yeah, sure)

Meagan's bridal shower was fun on March 21st, we met lots of her friends and family. Then we helped them address and stamp announcements, If anyone important didn't get one just call Karen for info, We want everyone there. Sealing is Thursday morning, April 16th reception on Friday night. Lots of fun things planned.

This morning Dee and I went to the DI, one of my favorite stops and I picked up 2 blouses and two sweaters for a total of 14.00 Karen suggested I try a real store, but it's more fun to rummage around there and find bargains

I ordered a book on e-bay about heart health by Norman cousins, 6.00 and found I only had 5.89 in paypal. Obviously I need to sell some stuff when we get home. Heaven knows we have enough downsizing to do. It's amazing how little we've gotten along with here, since when we left home we didn't even know if we'd be here or for how long.

Dee is getting stronger every day, We like rehab ( I visit a lot, he works hard and gets tired) Nice people there, so far none who had the same valve replacement Dee had, mostly bypass surgery. Rehab total is 36 sessions, but we are going to skip the last ones and head for home after the wedding.
